Using computer and video based BETA, VHS, laserdisc, DVD or CD-Rom, you are able to choose from three types of projection:

panoramic, measuring 2 metres by 6 metres,
on a basic 6-metre wall-screen,
back lit, to allow multiplex and sufficient light for working in the room.

Two image walls in the room, each made up of 16 monitors, allow any video, computer or satellite images to be screened, from a maximum of 32 different information sources.

Each event is monitored from a control room equipped with the necessary tools to operate and manage audio-visual and multimedia presentations.

There are seven speakers throughout the room, a woofer and a bass canon, all controlled by a digital processor which ensures cinema quality sound with up to 2000 watts of power.

Each delegate has the use of a console equipped with a microphone and a computer connection allowing internet or network access. The keyboard on each console enables participants to vote simultaneously and to obtain results in real time, in the form of a bar chart or a diagram. By means of a smart card system, it is also possible to identify voters according to the number of votes they have, or to keep results for checking later. The technical control of the room is possible from either a touch screen or the control room. The room also contains two simultaneous translation suites.

The layout of the room in the form of an amphitheatre gives all delegates perfect visibility and acoustics. It is ergonomically designed to offer the best possible conference environment.
